Terms
These terms describe the practical basis on which kwiklog is offered and used.
By signing up for or using kwiklog, you agree to use the service lawfully, responsibly, and only for legitimate business purposes connected with your organisation or work.
You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for making sure the people you invite into your workspace are authorised to be there. Access may be limited, suspended, or removed where necessary to protect the service or other users.
Your organisation remains responsible for the data, files, and records entered into the system. You must have the right to upload or store that material, and you remain accountable for how your team uses the service.
Access to that content should be limited to the people and systems you deliberately authorise. If support access is ever needed from us, it should be temporary and only for the purpose of resolving the issue you asked us to help with.
kwiklog may evolve over time. Features may be improved, refined, added, or removed as the product develops, especially while the service is still maturing.
Pricing, plans, trial arrangements, and billing rules will be communicated clearly as those commercial settings are finalised. If you are using a paid plan later, the applicable billing terms for that plan will also apply.
We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but kwiklog is offered on a practical small-SaaS basis, not with a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every possible workflow without adaptation.
Accounts or organisations may stop using the service, and access may also be suspended or ended where necessary for security, misuse, non-payment, legal reasons, or platform protection.
If something here is unclear, contact us before relying on an assumption.
